Endeavor More ("we," "us," or "our") provides instructional coaching, training, and educational consulting services. This policy explains what information we collect through endeavormorecoaching.com and our social media pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, register for a webinar, or book a consultation, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, school or organization, role, and any message you write.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed, the date and time of your visit, and the page or post that led you to us. We use a small piece of code on our website that stores a short identifier in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days. It lets us connect a visit to the social media post or link that brought you here, and it lets us count when a visit leads to a consultation booking. This identifier does not contain your name or email address.

Information from our social media pages. When you view or interact with our posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube, those platforms give us summary statistics, such as views, clicks, and reactions. We do not receive your personal profile information from these platforms through this reporting.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and provide our services.

  • To schedule and run consultations, coaching sessions, and webinars.

  • To send our newsletter and other updates you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

  • To understand which posts and pages lead people to our website and to book consultations, so we can improve our content and services.

  • To keep our website secure and working properly, and to meet legal obligations.

    ‍ ‍

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work. These include our website host, our scheduling and video meeting provider (Zoom), our email service provider (HubSpot), and the hosting provider for our internal analytics tools. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Social media platforms

Our pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube are run by those companies, and their own privacy policies apply to what you do on their platforms. We encourage you to read them.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website host and the tools we use may place cookies or use local storage to make the site work, remember preferences, and measure visits. You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If you block them, some parts of the site may not work as expected.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as the law requires. We keep the attribution identifier in your browser for up to 30 days. Aggregated statistics that do not identify you may be kept longer.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults, including teachers, school leaders, and instructional coaches. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
